Superb food! Got the pork chop with veggies and a cup of tomato gazpacho. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients in both dishes. The pork chop was flavorful and well cooked. I especially like the bacon & onion jam (thick cut bacon!) There is a cute outdoor seating area with string lights, as well as seating indoors both upstairs and downstairs. Bar seating is full service and open seating. We unknowingly came the night of a concert, and it took a good 45 mins for the food to arrive. I could tell the bartenders and waiters/waitresses were hustlingβ¦it was just that busy. Despite the long wait for food, I would still come back again.

Had a less than stellar experience at Epiphany. The good: the atmosphere is comfy and welcoming. The quality of the ingredients is high, and they source from their local farm. They have a plethora of options to choose from, and the flavors in most cases are excellent. Saving the best for last: the crΓ¨me brΓ»lΓ©e may well be one of the best I have had. The not so good: we were pre-warned our meals may come at different times if we order from different kitchens, but they really mean it- and the main kitchen was terribly slow during our visit. As a result, our first dish arrived after about 10 minutes, and our last dish arrived 26 minutes after that (I know the exacts because of the time stamps on the pictures I took for this review). Obviously, that broke our experience as you either eat while others starve or have cold food. Iβm pretty sure the kitchen had a mishap because the server told us they were βplatingβ our salmon long before it showed. On the food: the ramen was really good with flavorful ingredients, the muscles were good as well - but the salmon at $36 we expected something more memorable, and it wasnβt. That was unfortunate. The manager stopped by and we explain

Round of applause for these chefs, they are masters of their craft! As a traveler to Illinois, this is my new favorite place to eat. You had me sold at farm to table, and don't be worried about the mixed menu; there's a back story that you'll have to ask them for the history. I ordered the farm fresh chicken and was blown away. Perfectly cooked, tender, juicy, and crispy skin. Flavors worked so well and hit a spot I didn't know I needed to fill. My server William's recommendation for the tiramisu did not disappoint! Rich in flavor, light in texture. Perfect way to end my late lunch.

ChatGPT said Epiphany is the best restaurant in Bloomington, and Iβm glad I listened to the recommendation. Thereβs an extensive menu to chose from and I went with the sushi, which was delicious and reasonably priced, but my favoriteβ¦ $1.99 scoop of ice cream with your choice of topping. Iβve never seen that on a menu before & itβs the perfect dessert!

I had a fantastic meal at Epiphany Farms! If youβre a fan of fresh, flavorful food, this place is a must. I started with the Estate Shakshuka, and you can tell the ingredients are farm-fresh; the depth of flavor in the sauce was amazing. For the main, I had the Yellowfin Tunaβit was prepared perfectly, and the sauce they served with it was easily the highlight of the dish. I also tried the Spicy Salmon sushi roll, which was delicious and hit the spot. To drink, I highly recommend the house sangria; it was tasty, refreshing, and paired well with everything. Great atmosphere and even better food. Iβll definitely be back!
